The Online Culture site was originally hosted at the culture domain: culture.com.au. In 2026 the culture domain and its natural claim to the associated domain culture.au was donated to a First Nations peak body group to recognise and support First Nations Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their cultures; on and offline.
This new site: Online Culture (https://onlineculture.au), will host the site's content after the change.

Ariel and The Shadow Computer - an early portable personal computer designed in Australia in the 1980s and the person and social network behind the machine.
Finally
the government has been forced to do something about spam. The Australian
Media and Communications Authority (ACMA) has set up a Do Not Call register - where you can lodge your phone number and (almost) never be call-centre-spammed
